Let's start to wrap up the P. in PLACS by getting through the rest of the routine and marketing that falls under the P. Picking up where we left off late last week around the idea of doing something DAILY to build your brand as a listing agent on social media. Now, let's get into the specifics of what you should be posting on social media and on what day you should post on in order to get the best engagement and ultimately responses, which lead to leads!
Each day this week I am going to give you advice, for each day of the week, that is PROVEN to increase your engagement and thus your results and I suggest you start working on it right away.
Monday: Post something personal, ideally something from the weekend. Let's get the week started off right with good engagement and you'll always accomplish that by showing your followers that in addition to selling a ton of real estate, you also enjoy your life, family, spouse, friends, etc.. Even if the footage or photos weren't from the weekend, I still want it to be posted on Monday. We need to start the week with strong engagement and posting something that shows your followers that you don't just work hard but you enjoy life too will start the week strong and will support the formula for the rest of the week.
