I sent out one of my agents on an appointment for me yesterday and I want to share something that you may or may not already be doing when you have a higher end appointment...
The seller, obviously very savvy and in tune to the way things work today wanted to see examples of our work and this includes everything from how we promote other homes similar to theirs and how we promote on social media.
Our agent went out and brought our "portfolio" of everything we do using video and social media to drive traffic and that got me thinking...
Do you have a pre-built portfolio that when someone asks, you can dial it up in a heartbeat and either send it to them or show it to them? I'm talking about the old brag book but a digital one that shows your work. This portfolio should showcase everything from reviews, homes sold, methods used, etc..
Because of other lines of work, many sellers know what "portfolio" means and I suggest you create one (or at least update the one you have to be ahead of your competition). Tomorrow, I'll give you suggestions of what should be included in your portfolio and until then, let's have an unreal Wednesday!
