How to grow your business by showcasing your value

Let's dive into the conversation around HOW to charge a higher commissions. Here are the actual steps in doing so...

First, it starts with an absolute belief that consumers are better off with you than your competitors and it helps if you can document WHY.

Next, we need to have evidence to show that when a seller works with you, you actually average a higher list price to sales price than the market and you have to be prepared to show them that, in writing. 

Third, when working with buyers you need to start documenting the money that you save buyers off the asking price by way of concessions, money off the asking price, etc before close and develop an average "list price to final selling price" ratio - no different than what we do with sellers. 

Fourth, you need to make sure your materials that you present either in an LA or a BC are world class. I mean nicer quality and more robust than the other leave behinds. 

Fifth, all buyers must go through a buyer consult with you after meeting you for the first time so you get the chance to actually show them everything you do (which also means your materials better have a step by step presentation of what you actually do from the time you write their offer until it closes).
