Mastering pre-appointment marketing to attract more listings

Okay let's continue where we left off with P.L.A.C.S.
I know it seems like the P. in placs is never ending and that's because it is 50% of the sellers decision and where listing leads will come from.
We covered the pre-appointment routine and package and let's shift gears to the pre-appointment marketing.
What I'm referring to is the research the sellers will do when they receive a call, email, text, flyer, etc from you. They are stalking you and making a decision if they are going to return your call or reach back out to you based on what they see on your Facebook and Instagram.
Now, before you tell me "Jeff but my clients are all older and do don't social media'.. my response to that is but their kids do and you better believe their kids are getting involved and doing the research on you.
But how can we be effective with what we post on social media? There's actually a proven formula to not only get more sellers to say yes to you but to also help you get more contracts signed. It's intense but it works.
So what's the formula? Well thought out content + daily frequency = a well known listing agent brand.
Tomorrow I will give you the actual specifics for each day that are designed to trick the algorithm so more people see your stuff, click on it, share it and ultimately get leads from it. There's actually a formula for what to do each day that if you follow, you'll increase your listings taken, without question. How do I know this?
Because I'm seeing it first hand with our listings taken.
