Maximizing expired listing opportunities on the first of the month

It's the 1st of April and you know what that means, it's the BIGGEST expired day of the month (and that's no joke!). 


Down here at LeadUp and Kathy Schweitzer is on stage teaching the best practices to leaders on how to complete a merger or acquisition and I can't wait to share with leaders who didn't make this LeadUp as much as possible through the daily message but of course I won't be able to share everything. 


By this time of day, you should have already worked through the opportunities that are available in your market and if you havent, and you don't have an appointment tonight, why not go see one at their door? What do you have to lose? 


At last check there are over 250 opportunities in my market so I know there's at least on in yours. Lets get after it today and if you already have an appointment, get after 'em tomorrow.
