Hard to believe that next week over 1,000 of you will be settling into Phoenix for what WILL be the most valuable event of 2025 and I promise you that.

Okay so for those of you coming to the Summit, here's my recommendation for today/this weekend before Monday Funday activities begin...
I want you to follow up with EVERY single person you've been talking to since last year and share with them two things and use this as your reason to call them:
"I'm calling you today to let you know two things.. one to let you know that home prices did ________ in 2024 and we expect that to continue and number two to let you know that interest rates hit _______ again and we don't expect them to fluctuate much this year... knowing both of those things, how does that affect your Real Estate plans for this year?"
(And then listen and ask questions)
The above script not only gives you a reason, it gives you credibility and will open up some dialogue about their plans and you'll set some appointments with it for this weekend or when you are back from AZ. Until then, have an unreal Friday!
