This is how you showcase real estate expertise without boring your audience

Getting ready to spend the day with the California Desert Association of Realtors as I will be introducing them to the Live Unreal Formula, while helping them create their own, right before we spend the afternoon on everything needed to win more buyer business and become a stronger listing agent in the process. For those that are coming to their annual conference, I can't wait to see you! For those of you that are wondering (I wonder if my association would hire Jeff for something like this - give them my info and we can compare calendars!). 


Okay continuing with where we left off yesterday... and for those wondering if I am going to comment on the MLS Clear Cooperation change the answer is yes at some point, but it's really not that big of a deal so it shouldn't be consuming any of your thoughts this week.


Let's talk about the Wednesday social media strategy...


On Wednesdays we turn up the head a bit more on the consumer to really show them that not only do we know the community, we also know the Real Estate market, however, this is NOT an opportunity to make it about you (yet). Instead, I want you to find information to share (mort rates, home values, economic stuff, etc) that affects the real estate market and the KEY here is to share it in an INFO-TAINING way.. meaning not some boring link to an article, you need to utilize the tools that Insta and FB provide you, such as the green screen feature with a photo or scrolling video behind you of whatever you are referencing. This will help with stopping the scroll and with keeping them engaged. Again, we aren't ready to hit them with a strong sales pitch yet but the goal with Wednesday is to give them the impression that you know the real estate market. 


It's important to follow the specifics of the model in order to keep engagement high not just once or twice but all week and we do it by being strategic with what gets posted each day. You'll see tomorrow's post will kick up your engagement even further for the week which is perfect for what we need to have happen when it comes to your Friday and Saturday content getting engagement.
