You deserve to get paid what YOU charge, not what the seller thinks you're worth. 

Had an incredible day yesterday where I got to spend time pouring into the leaders of our organizations in the morning, our top associates in the afternoon and finished with a wonderful holiday party with everyone from all Live Unreal Companies. 

When I reflect on a few of the topics covered such as leadership growth opportunities for us (I'll share these at our next LeadUp in the spring), the vision for each co in 2025, teaching our agents the live unreal formula and helping them justify their worth on the buy side there is one topic that absolutely stands out to me as something that you need to hear. 

YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY WORTH WHAT YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR BUYER SERVICES AND SHOULD NOT BE JUST ACCEPTING WHATEVER THE SELLER OFFERS YOU. 

Even in this room of agents who have been watching the webinars, had their hands on the scripts for months before the change and most recently, been given our entire buyer plan of action, there is still some resistance to the compensation conversation. 

To date, I have put together the scripts, shared the process, updated the buyer consultation and even gave samples of our materials during our Thrive in '25 tours (including the virtual) and I am still seeing agents struggle with this topic so here's what I'm going to do...

During the 2025 Live Unreal Summit, I am going to dissect every part of the buyer process and consultation, in deep detail, from start to finish to not only give you everything you need to know and do but to put an end to this "I just take what the seller offers" stuff I'm seeing.
