Larry Frawley’s journey in real estate began in 2003, following his retirement from UPS, with a simple yet powerful goal—meeting someone new every day. He launched his career as a real estate agent in Ohio, fueled by his passion for serving others and helping buyers and sellers find their dream homes. For eight years, he thrived in sales, but he soon discovered his true calling: mentoring and developing talented real estate agents to build successful businesses of their own.

Eager to pursue this passion, Larry moved to Houston, where he took on the role of recruiter and productivity coach, guiding newer agents toward success. His ability to inspire and lead took him to Dallas and later Charleston, where he ran his own small brokerage. Alongside his wife, Alice, he also acquired a property management company helping owners maximize their investments​.

Over the past 12 years, he has personally recruited more than 400 agents, helping them establish and grow their businesses. Leadership isn’t just part of his job—it’s in his soul.

When he’s not coaching and empowering agents, Larry enjoys traveling, discovering great restaurants, and spending quality time with Alice, their blended family of nine children and nine grandchildren, and their beloved rescue dog, Burt.
