Larry's journey in real estate began in 2003, after retiring from UPS, with a goal of meeting someone new every day of his life. He started his career as a real estate agent in Ohio, driven by his passion for serving and helping others. For eight years, Larry assisted buyers and sellers in finding their dream homes, but soon discovered his true passion - finding and mentoring talented real estate agents to grow their own businesses. He moved to Houston to pursue this new career path as a recruiter and productivity coach for newer agents.

Larry found great joy in helping agents achieve their personal and professional goals, especially their first sale or a significant business milestone. He continued to hone his leadership skills as he moved to Dallas before settling in Charleston, where he ran his own small brokerage. Alongside his wife, Alice, Larry also purchased a property management company, helping owners manage their properties and generate income.

Currently residing in Houston, Larry is the CEO of a thriving real estate office with over 600 agents, leading a dedicated recruiting team. He has recruited over 400 agents to his brokerage in the past 12 years and now leads a brokerage of over 650 agents. Leadership is in his soul.

When not working, Larry and Alice enjoy spending time with their blended family of nine children and nine grandchildren, traveling, dining at great restaurants, and spending time with their rescue dog, Burt.
