Lee is a real estate veteran successfully selling real estate since 2005. His passion is implementing Business Models through Systems, Scripts, and the Accountability of Tracking Numbers. 

He has excelled as a solo agent, business partner, lead generator, CEO, Keller Williams Team Leader and Real Estate Coach. 

In Lee’s first 18 months in the real estate industry, he closed 24 transactions. Over the next few years he embraced the short sale and REO markets while earning the Accredited Buyer Representative designation. In 2010, he partnered with Ralph Goicouria, and The Rosa Goicouria Team partnership immediately took market share, closing 111 homes in 2011. RGT Home Experts gave Lee experience in production, leadership, and serving dual markets, in both Orlando and South Florida where he continues to actively lead to this day. 

In 2016, Lee expanded his impact by adding business growth to his resume and grabbed the reins of a Keller Williams Franchise with the role of recruiting, training, and creating a world-class office culture. Under his leadership, the market center grew from135 associates to over 200 within 5 years , which led to a successful re-launch of the Aventura Market Center. During the relaunch, he attracted agents at all levels of success by identifying their blind spots, solving their challenges and building a culture that focused on retention.

When you can't find Lee at the office or on coaching calls, you can find him in South Florida with his wife, Kim. They are avid foodies, love dancing, listening to music, and enjoy hiking, traveling, and exploring new cities.
