Scott’s career began at Disney, where he developed a deep understanding of delivering exceptional client experiences. Transitioning into real estate, Scott quickly made his mark in sales, before stepping into leadership roles. As a MAPS Coach for the past six years, he has led over 6,800 one-on-one coaching sessions, guiding agents and leaders to exceed their goals and reach new levels of success. His tenure coaching the world’s largest real estate office for over four years is a testament to his ability to elevate both individual and team performance.
